Villa Services
Our local representative will visit you the morning after your arrival to welcome you and to answer any questions you may have about the villa such as wi-fi code, cleaning procedures and even restaurant recommendations.
Our Villa representative is contactable throughout the day, and at nighttime for emergencies, by telephone. The Representative will provide guests will contact numbers including WhatsApp for free calls.
Check-in is at 16.00 and Check-out at 11.00. We will try to be flexible dependant on the cleaning schedules and the arrival of new guests. We can store luggage for guests with late departure times and provide suggestions of where to spend the day such as the big pool below us with changing rooms, showers, tables, umbrellas, sun-loungers, drinks and snack bar.
Cleaners will do a full top to bottom clean of your villa mid-week and at the end of each week. Towels are changed twice a week and bed linen weekly. We are mindful of the environment but if you wish to have your bed linen changed more often this can be arranged. Additional daily cleaning can be arranged with an extra fee.
Also provided:
- Pool and beach towels and quick drying Turkish towels
- Hairdryers.
- All utility equipment provided, i.e. washing machine & dryer, iron, ironing board.
- Wi-Fi internet connection.
- Private back-up water store for when the mains water is unavailable.

We pride ourselves on our maintenance response time and will always have any maintenance issues dealt with in the fastest possible time.
